Für die Firma Modular Automation haben wir Werksabnahmen für Beschichtungsanlagen der Firma Oerlikon Metco durchgeführt. Dabei wurden die elektrischen Installationen und die Dokumentation überprüft und wo nötig Nacharbeiten veranlasst. Zu unserer großen Freude war der irische Maschinenbauer mit unserer Arbeit sehr zufrieden. Die Anlagen werden für die Herstellung von medizinischen Implantaten benötigt.

Funktionen CERASUS GmbH:

• Einarbeitung in die Unterlagen
• Erstellung der nötigen Dokumente zur Abnahme 
• Abnahme von drei Maschinen inklusive entsprechenden Reports, Absprachen und Mängellisten
• Support bei den Nacharbeiten
• Abschlussdokumentation zusammenstellen für die Endabnahme mit dem Endkunden in Irland

Project description:

We carried out factory acceptance tests for coating systems from Oerlikon Metco for Modular Automation. This involved checking the electrical installations and documentation and arranging for rework where necessary. To our great pleasure, the Irish machine manufacturer was very satisfied with our work. The equipment is required for the production of medical implants.

Functions CERASUS GmbH:

• Familiarisation with the documents
• Preparation of the necessary documents for the acceptance tests
• Acceptance tests of three machines including corresponding reports, agreements and lists of defects
• Support during the rework
• Compilation of final documentation for the final acceptance with the end customer in Ireland
